We are looking for the next reception superstar to join our team and create memorable experiences with our guests!

As a Receptionist at Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie, you will be the first point of contact with our guests arriving and the final point as they depart.

Essential skills:
* Passion for guest service
* Genuine desire to provide a great experience for all our guests
* Knowledge of Opera is preferred
* Able to work under pressure
* Experience working within a hotel front office environment
* Rotating roster over 7 days
* Good command of English- both written and verbal
* Must have current work rights to work full time in New Zealand
* Full Drivers Licence preferred but not essential
