Permanent, fulltime position Enjoy all your weekends Based at the Auckland City Hospital LabPLUS is the premier referral laboratory service of Auckland District Health Board and is committed to excellence in Medical Laboratory Testing. In this role you will be performing the activities of a receptionist and providing administrative support to senior management teams and clinicians. You will be the first point of contact for any visitors to LabPLUS including patients, staff and contractors. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to pay attention to detail and to prioritise your work load; have strong organisational skills and show plenty of initiative, being able to work confidently autonomously and as part of a team. You will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders within the admin area so strong people skills are essential. A can do, proactive attitude, a good sense of humour and a strong customer focus are fundamental to this role. In addition you should possess a high level of computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. Previous healthcare experience would be an advantage.
