Job Description

RPA Consultant - IPA Consultant

Alsbridge has partnered with leading software vendors in Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation ( RPA and IPA ) and Cognitive Technologies to deliver services around their products. We advise clients on the optimal software platform(s) to leverage, develop an RPA strategy and then design, build, test and deploy digital robots to automate business processes in their environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Work as part of small teams (3-10 people) under the direction of an Engagement Lead to deliver RPA consulting services to clients in both onsite and remote settings.
RPA and IPA assessments and strategy development through data collection and client interviews to recommend the optimal RPA platform(s) based on client needs, scope and prioritize processes for automation, cost-benefit analysis, operating model development and building an implementation road map and business case.
RPA implementations that include process definition (and potential re-engineering) followed by design, build, test and deployment of the RPA solution.
Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Design solutions utilizing RPA best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery
Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios
Develop and document configuration best practices, create and maintain solution documentation and provide training to client users over the web or in-person
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Attributes

A willingness and ability to use existing knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automated processes using RPA and IPA software – full training in RPA technology platforms will be provided.
The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches with well documented, supportable and extensible developments
The aptitude to contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel
A track record in training and mentoring individuals on development and delivery disciplines
Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
