Operations is continuously improving and transforming the way it operates. As a People and Culture Consultant you will be central to supporting our leaders through this ever changing environment.

What will you do:

Working closely with the Senior Manager People & Culture and the wider HR team, this role will see you assisting and supporting the design, delivery and implementation of strategic and tactical people solutions. You will partner with the business, providing advice and coaching in people practices to managers across our Operations, Corporate Strategy and Business Services divisions helping them drive successful business outcomes through their people.

You will continuously review and improve existing people processes and be responsible for performance and change management, remuneration and performance reviews, investigations, disciplinary processes and advising on all people issues.

What you will bring:

Success in this role requires solid experience as an HR Generalist. Ideally you will bring your demonstrated success in partnering with business units in a large corporate, along with a solid understanding of NZ employment law and legislation to provide sound ER advice.

You will understand the importance that people performance and capability has on a business and have innovative ideas on solutions to proactively attract, grow and retain talent. We want someone who knows how to network and is confident in building effective relationships. Being able to work at pace, change agile, politically savvy and resilient, you will have the ability to support business units through people policies and processes to great business outcomes.
