Complex role with high impact Work alongside senior leadership teams Put your strong PA skills to the test! Your Impact: Based at our modern Fanshawe Street office, this is a challenging and rewarding Personal Assistant role that will see you proactively supporting two senior Directors enabling them to focus on their crucial core business activities. In this busy, deadline-driven role you’ll be responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks including extensive and complex travel arrangements, organising relevant visas, managing and reconciling expenses, raising contracts, and plenty of intricate diary management. This won’t be your typical 9am-5pm role, and flexibility will be required around start and finish times as you’ll be assisting with stakeholders across different time zones. With your positive and resilient mindset you’ll also be assisting our Directors with a variety of ad-hoc requests – no job will be too big or too small. About You: This is a busy and challenging position where extensive EA/PA experience from a large corporate environment along with strong written and verbal communication skills will be required for success. Ideally you’ll also have an understanding of Power of Attorney and Notarizations, and the ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish would set you apart from the rest!
