We are looking for a Manager with a specialisation in Remuneration, Payroll and SQL to lead our team. This is an opportunity to apply your specialist knowledge to provide people based reporting and help us develop performance metrics and analytics. You will be responsible for our remuneration practices and payroll processes as well as providing deep analysis for reporting, Official Information Act and Select Committee queries. This role is very hands on with lots of variety in a changing environment. The team you will be leading are very professional, serious about what they do, but they lighten the day with their fun sense of humour. To be successful in this role you will have * Proven strong leadership leading payroll and/or HR Teams * Significant deep knowledge of remuneration practices * Exposure to payroll processes and procedures in a unionised environment * In-depth experience of HR metrics and analytics and strong SQL skills * Experience in responding to parliamentary questions * Experience or knowledge of Chris21 This is a role where you will be part of our Leadership team, with a strong emphasis on people.
