The HR function at Auckland DHB has started on an exciting new journey that will deliver a much improved, effective, and personally rewarding service to the overall business. Health sector HR is complex and challenging, with multiple stakeholders and collectives, but it is also highly rewarding and satisfying in the knowledge you are making a difference to how health services are delivered from New Zealand’s leading DHB. In this role, you will be reporting to the Manager – Systems, Compliance and Customer and will have the overall responsibility to maintain the HR Sharepoint technical environment, develop SQL reports for HR and the wider business and work with our IT/Systems Support Services (Health Alliance) on the development and maintenance of interfaces between the HR systems.
As the ideal candidate you will have :-
Qualifications in IT or information management. Experience with AMS Leader and/or Kronos would be desirable
Demonstrated experience of working with HR / payroll systems within a mid to large organisation with multiple collective agreements. Experience in health will be an advantage but is not mandatory
Demonstrated experience of writing SQL scripts and HTML codes within Sharepoint with the technical know how of using IT tools for diagnosis and problem solving
Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service
Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relations
A deep and meaningful understanding of cultural diversity and inclusiveness
