The role:
,

Management of financial process on site
Month-end procedures
Formulation of monthly forecasts for the site
Responsibility for internal controls at the site
Maintenance of accurate product costs
Management of budget & forecast process
Key input in site continuous improvement processes
Ad-hoc work and analysis as required to support the site and Supply Chain teams

As a key member of our team you will take ownership for providing financial expertise to the Kraft Heinz Auckland site - La Bonne Cuisine. This is a varied and diverse role, where you have the opportunity to contribute across all levels of the organisation. Your communication skills coupled with your financial knowledge will make you a critical member of our team. The role is a part time role for 28 hours a week.

What you need:
,

Significant experience in a commercial organisation and a financial base gained through relevant work experience
Undergraduate degree with a major in Accounting or Finance
Working knowledge of Access, MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to think logically
Effective communication skills across all disciplines and levels
Ability to perform under pressure to ensure tight deadlines are met
Demonstrated aptitude for collaboration, and in developing and fostering strong relationships
Self-motivated, able to plan and manage own resources to accomplish set tasks
